I have a leased vehicle. I got in right away and they changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires, and also checked on the back up camera that I was having a problem with. I didn't have to pay for any of that, and I appreciated that very much.

As far as I can tell the Oil change service was professionally done as were the previous two. The mechanic performing the Oil change noticed an Manifold leak. The part needed to correct the leak is on order and will be replaced as soon as it is received.

My car was recalled. Called the Plattsmouth phone number and didn't realize I wasn't talking to anyone there. The first time I called, the guy from either Omaha told me he'd order the parts. Next time I called, second guy said, I had to bring it in the next day. I asked if someone could pick it up at my workplace (customary with Jeff Henry), then bring it back when it was done, the guy told me he couldn't get it in for like two weeks if I wanted to do that. Quick to get the vehicle taken care of and back on the road. very courteous staff and extremely clean facility.

Salesman was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Had to wait 2 hours for the finance team. Facility was okay, however we had to wait around. Sat at a table on the sales floor next to a beautiful corvette but table was covered in food crumbs and trash. I can only assume this was from the sales team as there were no other customers around.

Julian knew of all the cars on the lot and suggested to us one that wasn't even online yet. When financing didn't work for the first car I wanted, the team worked together and brought a car down from Omaha and we were able to purchase two cars.

I had the opportunity to talk with the tech I have used for almost two decades. I have total confidence in him. If he says somethings needs to be done, it get done. That is preventative maintenance. I also started a discussion with my new service advisor. He understand my working relationship with my tech and will work closely with him to insure my vehicle can go anywhere at any time. After the move from across the street, I thought these relationships may be lost. They are not.
